ToolSpace is a tool-centric framework for synthesizing environments for long-horizon LLM agents. It mines data, state, and retry dependencies from adjacent calls in execution traces of real MCP services and open agent corpora using deterministic rules, clusters the weighted tool-composition graph into environments, and synthesizes databases only for state-mutating environments. State-aware random walks with rollback are decompiled into natural-language tasks with assertion-based checks, keeping only samples that replay successfully. The authors report harder Pro benchmark versions on which seven frontier models drop by up to 38.2 points, and gains for Qwen3.6-35B-A3B and GLM-5.2 across seven benchmarks.

Timeline & updates
- Signal dated by source or discovery feed
This timestamp places the signal in the radar. It may be the discovery post date rather than the primary page's first publication date.
- Shared brief stored
AINewsIQ prepared one abstract from fetched source page.
Brief history · 1 retained version
These are changes to AINewsIQ’s own publication. Earlier history is unavailable unless recorded here. Complete retained versions are available to the editor.
- Version 1 · published
Source-based brief stored or updated. This does not establish that the publisher changed its page.
Automated record
Source observations · 1 recent captures
A changed capture means the extracted text differed. It can reflect page furniture or extraction changes; it does not establish a substantive correction. Source captures remain private.
Retained capture; no earlier comparison available.
New engagement snapshots do not mean the source itself changed. Source observations and AINewsIQ brief revisions are separate records.
Why this may matter
Grounding synthetic agent environments in recorded execution traces aims to reduce interface drift and produce verifiable long-horizon tool-use tasks, which could improve both training data and evaluation difficulty for agents.
Limits and open questions
Source claims not independently checked; reported gains and benchmark results come from the authors' own experiments.
Organization-specific financial, security, and operational effects require the organization's own context and review.
